As Honda’s Social Media Community Manager, I executed the following:

As the manager of Honda's community engagement program, I oversaw social media channels that reached a total of 5+ million followers across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit. In addition to managing customer engagement, I played a key role in developing on-brand copy and providing editorial feedback for Honda, Honda Stage, and Honda Gaming channels. I also contributed to brainstorming ideas that connected and engaged with digital communities, including the 2020 Zodiac year campaign. The campaign successfully generated 17K+ Instagram engagements.
